TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the availability of certain cores, we cannot guarantee complete remanufactured parts coverage at all times. If a particular item is temporarily out of stock and no core is available then customer "must" provide a repairable core. If the customer's core is not repairable, the customer or Insurance Company should consider purchasing a new part. Stock availability can be verified by phone, fax, email.


TERMS:
All accounts are due and payable on the 10th of the month following purchase. Accounts 30 days past due will be put on COD until the account is current


RETURNED CHECKS
A service charge of $25.00 will be added to all returned checks


LABOR AND MATERIAL POLICY
Every effort is made to properly identify our remanufactured products, however it is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify receipt of the correct part. United assumes no responsibility for the cost of painting or installing of wrong parts. No labor or paint cost shall be paid on parts ordered or shipped incorrectly. Note our disclaimer on all fascias packaging.

RETURNS:
All remanufactured part returns must be wrapped and in a saleable condition. All aftermarket parts returned must be in their original package for credit to be issued. No credit will be issued for unsaleable product. A 15% restocking charge will be added to returns after 10 days.


CORE POLICY
All bumpers are sold on an "exchange" basis and a repairable core is required in "exchange".


FREIGHT POLICY
Orders over $500 will be shipped freight prepaid. All other orders will be shipped freight collect. All orders F.O.B. our warehouse and C.O.D. unless arrangements for a credit account have been completed prior to shipment. A $10 service and handling charge will be added to all drop shipment (i.e. orders billed to you and shipped elsewhere).


FREIGHT DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All merchandise is inspected before shipping. Any loss or damage that occurs in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. The customer must make claims to the carrier.


LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED
Our product offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on plastic and steel bumpers, fenders, grilles and other automotive and truck replacement parts. United guarantees its parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed. This warranty includes (metal rust through) due to corrosion in normal use. If failure should occur, simply provide proof of purchase to the business which installed the part, and a new part will be provided without charge.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not include commercial vehicles or cover failures or perforation resulting from accident, damage, abuse or improper installation. This warranty is not transferable.
UNITED AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ITS PARTS
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you

We assume no liability for the accuracy of descriptions, applications and or inadvertent pricing errors in the catalog. Possession of our literature or price sheet does not constitute an offer to sell. All terms and conditions listed here are subject to change without notice.
